“Before working at OneLife, I knew I had interest in working with young adults and gifts that would help me in that work. But after spending a year as a Resident Leader, I had the real life experience and mentoring that took those gifts and developed them into even more valuable skills that have benefited me in the positions I have taken on since.”

“In my experience students are more likely to listen to a leader who is willing to be appropriately vulnerable and come alongside them as a fellow disciple not necessarily the full package. A Resident Leader is a person who is committed to following Jesus and keeping him at the center of EVERYTHING they do. Resident Leaders do the difficult yet invaluable work of patiently walking alongside students and calling them into a rich, counter cultural, full life of knowing, loving and following God.”
