It is important to stay informed as you begin to prepare for your time here at OneLife. That being said, it is important that you check your emails on a regular basis as we will be sending you important information on a regular basis. Below you will find a checklist of all the steps and forms you will need to complete before your first day as a OneLife Student to ensure that you are able to receive college credit and federal aid for your time at OneLife.

Submit Your Application to Cairn

To complete your Cairn application you must:

  1. Submit official high school transcripts

  2. If you have a GPA less than 2.0, then submit your official SAT or ACT scores.

    • Submit SAT, ACT or CLT score

      • If you are planning to take the SAT or ACT please include Cairn’s code #2661 for SAT and #3658 for ACT.

  3. Submit FAFSA - *If you do not intend to do FAFSA, let us know.

Fill Out Your FAFSA (Optional)

Complete your Free Application for Financial Aid (FAFSA), and please be sure to include Cairn University (school code: 003351) on your list of schools if you plan on receiving financial aid.The sooner this is completed, the sooner you will receive your financial aid award letter.  

Submit Official Transcripts

Please be sure to submit your final high school transcript.

Activate Your Cairn Email Account

As soon as you become a student, the student will receive an email from Cairn with directions and a temporary password to activate the student account.  It will also include instructions on enrolling in our password reset portal ( in order to establish a new, secure password and unlock the account in the future. View and Pay Your Bill

Visit Self-Service to access your current account balance, financial aid awards, and set up a payment plan or make your tuition payment.The billing due date is August 1st.Please email or call 215.702.4201 with any billing-related questions.

Complete and Submit All Required Health Forms

Make Sure You Are Covered (with Health Insurance)

All full-time students are required to have health insurance coverage. Students will receive an email from our insurance processor, First Risk Advisors, in their Cairn email account when the insurance website is open. This email will give students a link to the website and the login instructions needed to either waive or enroll in the University student health insurance.
